The health of our customers and employees is our number one priority. This means that we do not take any risks and strictly follow the RIVM guidelines.
Our offices will remain open at our normal business hours for the time being.
However, we do ask you not to drop in: for a question can also be asked by telephone, e-mail or via our website. If a visit to our office is necessary, we kindly request you to comply with RIVM regulations:
- Wash or disinfect your hands as soon as you come in.
- Sneeze or cough in elbow cavity.
- Use paper handkerchiefs and throw them away immediately.
- Wash your hands after using handkerchiefs.
- Avoid personal contact. The RIVM recommends keeping a distance of at least one metre, two metres if you cough or sneeze.
In accordance with RIVM’s advice, we let our employees work from home as much as possible. They can, of course, be reached by telephone and e-mail.
Waiting times on the phone may be longer than usual.
As indicated above, many colleagues currently work from home. We do everything we can to speak to you, but waiting times on the phone may be longer than you are used to.
We will adapt our work
Our starting point is to ‘discuss/postpone meetings where possible, and continue where necessary’. This means that we take an extra critical look at which consultations/meetings can be postponed and what can possibly wait. Your and our safety is our main focus. We do not send colleagues who have a cold on the road. If you are ill or have a cold, please inform the person with whom you have an appointment in advance by telephone, so that the appointment can be rescheduled. If we are at your door and you have symptoms (cold, cough, fever) we will turn around and postpone the appointment.
Look for more information and the latest news on the RIVM website.
We are counting on you to understand!
Last update 24-3:
You want to buy or sell a property during the corona crisis? That is still possible, even in these times we are here for you. However, we do urge you to take note of the measures NVM agents & valuers have taken together to prevent further spread of the virus. Thank you kindly in advance!
What kind of advice applies to a property visit?
- We prevent groups in one house. The viewings are limited to 2 clients (3 persons present including estate agent)
- We will not be able to do viewings with people that have symptoms or have a cold.
- We still don’t shake hands.
- We ask you not to touch anything (taps, light switches, etc.).
- We will keep a distance of 1.5 meters at all times, if a room is not spacious enough for the both of us, we don’t go in there together.
- We do not make the viewing longer than necessary.
Do you prefer to visit from the convenience of your home? Request a digital viewing!
Last update 17-3:
We continuously monitor the coronoavirus situation. As long as responsibly and according to RIVM guidelines we will do everything we can to sell your home or help you find your dream home!
Viewings, house shots, photography appointments, drawing appointments etc. will continue as usual. In doing so we will adhere to the previously mentioned measures and advice of the RIVM.
Do you have a question or would you like to plan a viewing, plan a valuation or would you rather move it to a later date? Our employees will be working from their homes but still available for you!
You can reach us by phone, e-mail or ask your question via the chat on the website! We are still at your service in these strange times.
I would like to sell my house, but I doubt if this is the right moment.
Our agents are happy to advise you about the right step! It is possible to put your home for sale, and viewings etc. in consultation. In addition, we can also take the sale of the house in preparation, such as recording the house, making a photo report etc. Upon your go-ahead , we will start the sale. Finally, we can also choose to schedule the appointments for the start-up of the property until a date to be determined. In the meantime you can start with the preparations and we can already start working for you. The house will then be put up for sale at a later date.
